Hezbollah fired dozens of rockets into northern Israel, targeting an Israeli barracks, in retaliation for an Israeli drone strike that killed a Hezbollah commander and four other fighters in southern Lebanon. The drone strike targeted a car in the village of Deir Kifa. In response, Hezbollah launched 15 rockets from southern Lebanon, with the head of Hezbollah warning that no place in Israel will be safe from their attacks.

Hezbollah said it fired dozens at an Israeli barracks in northern Israel “in response to assassination (drone struck a car) that the Israeli enemy carried out in the (southern) village of Deir Kifa" earlier today. A Hezbollah fighter was killed.
