Representative Robert Garcia has accused the Trump Organization of accepting over $5.5 million from the People's Republic of China, including state-owned enterprises, while Ivanka Trump was working in the White House. Garcia claims that Ivanka Trump received preliminary approval for three trademarks on the same day that Donald Trump had dinner with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Garcia called Trump's business relationship with China 'unconstitutional' and has demanded an investigation into the matter.

Rep. Robert Garcia called Trump's business relationship with China "unconstitutional." 🔴 The democrat said that "The People’s Republic of China including state owned enterprises sent more than 5.5 million to The Trump Organization." https://t.co/A8fqQznV16
If true, it's textbook criminal conspiracy to pay people to commit crimes - trespass, assault, harassment, etc. Why hasn't @JoeBiden directed @TheJusticeDept to investigate? In 9 months, zero federal investigations of orgs & funding of blatantly coordinated pro-Hamas activities. https://t.co/EwlnQFlD1L
The Trump Crime family itook foreign bribes and illegal gifts while in the White House - and now post presidency. Where’s that damn investigation? https://t.co/coJl0VSjY3
