Baltimore City experienced a Verizon outage on Tuesday evening, affecting inbound calls to the 311 service. Residents were advised to use the BALT311 mobile app or website to submit service requests. Importantly, 911 services were not impacted by the outage. The issue was resolved later in the evening, and normal service to the 311 phone lines was restored.
