SpaceX is gearing up for a series of significant launches. On June 25, the GOES-U satellite, encapsulated inside payload fairing halves for protection against aerodynamic pressure and heating, will be launched on a Falcon Heavy rocket from NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Additionally, SpaceX is targeting two Falcon 9 launches on June 18. The first launch, scheduled for 4:35 PM CST from SLC-40, will deploy the ASTRA 1P/SES-24 satellite, based on the Spacebus NEO platform, to support SES broadcasters in Germany, France, and Spain. The second launch, set for 10:00 PM PDT, will send a Starlink Group 9-1 mission from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, including 13 Direct to Cell satellites. Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the ASTRA 1P mission was rescheduled to June 19, with a new launch time of 8:23 PM ET. The weather is currently 55% favorable for this rescheduled launch.
