Representative Kathy Castor submitted 15 community projects for funding in Florida, focusing on energy and economic investments. Senator Kyrsten Sinema announced $12.5 million for water system upgrades in Arizona. Representative Lori Trahan secured $7 million for cleaning up industrial sites in Lowell, Lawrence, and Clinton, Massachusetts. Representative Angie Craig secured nearly $1 million for water treatment in Le Sueur, Minnesota, working with Mayor Shawn Kirby. Representative Tom Kean presented $600,000 for stormwater management in Mount Olive Township, New Jersey through the FY2024 Community Project Funding process. Representative Robin Kelly celebrated $1.32 million for water infrastructure in the Village of Campus, Illinois. Senator Peter Welch announced nearly $700,000 for energy efficiency improvements in Vermont through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act.
