Hearing @ERLC Board voted to direct *$250k* set aside for Benkert Study to ARTIF to funnel to unaccountable ARC. The @SBCExecComm & @Jeff_Iorg should stop this undermining of messengers & protocol. New convention work requires a messenger vote.
