Additionally, 150,000 residential units have been completely destroyed, 80,000 turned uninhabitable, and 200,000 partially destroyed. The damages are estimated at $33 billion. The conflict has seen the use of 79,000 tons of explosives, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis. Save the Children reports up to 21,000 Palestinian children have been affected. Approximately 90% of the dead are civilians, including 8,500 Palestinians still under rubble.
