The Israeli forces have instructed 100,000 civilians to evacuate eastern Rafah, targeting areas including Al-Najjar hospital and agricultural lands. According to UNICEF, many of these displaced individuals are injured, sick, malnourished, traumatized, or living with disabilities. The UNRWA reports that since the escalation on May 6, about 80,000 people have already fled Rafah, seeking safety elsewhere amidst the ongoing conflict.
