Muslims in New York City gathered in Times Square to pray and mark the beginning of Ramadan. The event drew hundreds of worshippers, some carrying Palestinian flags, for the start of the holy month of fasting and reflection. Filmmaker Asad Butt also hopes followers will find time to watch his movie during Ramadan.
