Iran has released seven crew members from a ship seized in the Gulf by the IRGC, including five Indians, a Filipino, and an Estonian. The vessel involved, the MSC Aries, which is linked to Israel, was captured by Iranian commandos nearly a month ago. The released crew includes five Indian nationals who have now departed for India. The Indian government acknowledged the cooperation of Iranian authorities and the efforts of the Indian Embassy and Consulate in Bandar Abbas in securing the release. Originally, the ship had 17 Indian crew members.
