The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) plans to offer 15 road projects worth ₹44,000 crore covering 900 km for bids under the build-operate-transfer (BOT) mode in FY25. This initiative aims to revitalize the public-private partnership (PPP) model in highway construction. Additionally, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) reported that over 21 km of national highways were built daily in the first two months of FY 2024-25.
