SpiceJet has reached a settlement agreement with two French engine lessors over $10.8 million in unpaid dues. The Delhi High Court has taken note of the settlement agreement and granted SpiceJet time until May 29 to confirm the settlement. Additionally, the Delhi High Court has upheld an order requiring SpiceJet to return two leased aircraft and three engines to a lessor. SpiceJet has also been granted time until June 17 to comply with the court's order to return the aircraft and engines. Furthermore, SpiceJet faces a ₹1,323 crore damages claim from Ajay Singh.
