Tesla is set to start production of a new electric vehicle (EV) in the second half of 2025, with a forecasted weekly production volume of 10,000 vehicles. The highly-anticipated $25,000 car is expected to be the entry-level model, codenamed 'Redwood', and will be produced at Tesla's Texas factory. CEO Elon Musk confirmed the plans.
