Starbucks has launched a new line of energy drinks called 'Iced Energy,' available in three flavors and containing between 140 and 205 milligrams of caffeine. These drinks are served over ice and are designed to compete in the energy drink market. The caffeine content is equivalent to about six cans of Coke, which is significantly less than Panera's recently discontinued Charged Lemonade. The drinks are available in a 20-ounce size, known as venti, and are aimed at keeping customers hydrated and refreshed during the summer. Launched on Tuesday nationwide, the sparkling tea-based drinks include flavors like Melon Burst.
