Torsten Bell, CEO of the Resolution Foundation and former adviser to Ed Miliband, has been selected as Welsh Labour’s candidate for Swansea West in the upcoming General Election. Bell, who was previously considered for Hackney North, will replace Geraint Davies. The seat, currently held by Labour, is predicted to remain with the party, with a projected majority of 48.15%.
