Search and rescue dog training is being conducted in France as part of the training course for canine rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The training focused on refining skills in working on a technogenic collapse. West Mercia Police, which covers Shropshire, has also developed dogs specially trained to search for people who may have drowned. Additionally, police dogs are being trained to detect bodies underwater.
