Nigel Farage, leader of the pseudo-political party Reform UK, clashed with Piers Morgan on BBC's Question Time. Farage has refused to stand in the current election, a decision Morgan criticized as 'bottling it.' Farage retorted that Morgan has never stood for election and labeled him a 'Youtuber.' The heated exchange, which included references to Morgan's failed TV show, required intervention from Fiona Bruce, the show's host.

The continued platforming of Farage by a publicly-funded broadcaster is indefensible. He’s not a party leader and the “party” he represents is a limited company he owns a majority in. This is an election he has refused to stand in, to a Parliament he’s never won a seat in. #bbcqt https://t.co/QIgA2sYAvS
#bbcqt continues its tradition of constantly platforming Nigel Farage. He is leader of a pseudo-political party which is a private company he owns 53% of the shares in. And he is not standing in this election & said the US matters more. But @bbcquestiontime can't stop themselves. https://t.co/MdGmKQsw4w
There's really no reason to give Farage any prominence in this election. He's not the leader of a political party. He's not even standing to be an MP. He is a presenter on a minor TV news channel hardly anyone watches and most people don't even know exists.
