A pro-Taliban source claims that Taliban forces have killed eight suspected ISKP members during a raid in the Bilchiragh district of Faryab province. Multiple sources confirmed that the Taliban killed two ISKP members and arrested two others near the border between Qurchi area of Bilchiragh District in Faryab and Mirza Olang area of Sayyad District in Sar-e Pul Province. Additionally, clashes erupted between Afghan Taliban fighters and Pakistani security forces at the Af-Pak border in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Upper Kurram district on September 17, with Pakistani sources reporting casualties on the Taliban side. The clash involved unprovoked fire from a position 200 meters north of Chaku Chapri Post.
