South Africa in Talks with Elon Musk to Bring Starlink, Seeks Regulatory Approval and Addresses Health Insurance Concerns

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced that he is in talks with Elon Musk to bring Starlink, Musk's satellite internet service, to the country. The government only needs to provide regulatory approval for the service to begin operations. Additionally, Ramaphosa has asked the nation's largest business lobby group to present proposals addressing concerns about a new law that will establish a universal national health insurance system.
