A 26-year-old man, Sean Patrick Moore, has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of Chef Cory Bellett at the Capitol Hill Link light rail station. Moore is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Tuesday afternoon. A judge has set his bail at $3 million, despite Moore's public defender arguing that the victim was the aggressor. King County prosecutors have found probable cause to hold Moore.
