ICE Arrests Ecuadorian, Brazilian, and Honduran Illegal Immigrants on Child Sex Crime Charges in Massachusetts and Virginia

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested multiple illegal immigrants accused of child sex crimes in recent weeks. Among those detained is an Ecuadorian national charged with more than 20 sex crimes against a child in Massachusetts. Additionally, ICE apprehended a Brazilian woman, Ilma Leandro De Oliveira, 53, who was previously deported in 2007 but re-entered the U.S. illegally. She faces charges including incest, aggravated child rape, and unnatural acts with a child in Massachusetts. Another arrest involved a Honduran illegal immigrant charged with incest involving a teenager, who had been released by a Virginia sanctuary county before being taken into custody by ICE. These arrests highlight ongoing enforcement actions against individuals accused of serious sexual offenses against minors who had previously evaded or circumvented immigration controls.
