Ukraine has initiated the use of long-range kamikaze drones, including the newly developed E-300 "Enterprise", capable of striking targets up to 3100km away, carrying a 300kg warhead. This development marks a significant enhancement in Ukraine's military capabilities, allowing for potential strikes on Russian territories far beyond the front lines, including the Urals and the Arctic. According to reports from Forbes, BILD, and other sources, these drones have already been used in an attack on a Russian drone factory in Tatarstan, approximately 1300 km (~600 miles) from the Ukrainian border. BILD also reported that by the end of the year, Ukraine is expected to have drones with a range of up to 2500 kilometers, supplied by 10 manufacturers. This expansion in drone capabilities puts a vast area of Russia within reach, including around 80 military bases and strategic locations such as the Olenya airfield, home to strategic Tupolev bombers. The use of a cheap, reliable, and inconspicuous light Cessna-style aircraft for one of the attacks highlights the innovative approach Ukraine is taking in this conflict. The drones' range can reach ~6.1 million km2, striking 77 of Russia's 99 largest air bases.
