Ukrainian authorities have uncovered evidence of widespread torture in areas previously occupied by Russian forces. Following the de-occupation of Kharkiv Oblast, the National Police of Ukraine discovered 28 torture chambers within the region. These findings are part of a larger pattern, with a total of 88 such sites identified across Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. In Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, at least 130 individuals were reportedly detained and subjected to systematic beatings and electrocution over a six-month period by the Russian army, according to @zminaUkraine.
