Russian forces have launched strikes on residential areas in Ukraine, causing significant damage and casualties. In Dnipro, a 9-story building was heavily damaged, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to 12 others, including a 7-month-old baby. Four floors of the building were destroyed in the attack.
