Russian investigators have arrested two soldiers in connection with the murder of a Ukrainian family in the occupied Volnovakha region. The soldiers were detained on October 30. In a separate incident, a UN report states that Russia launched a missile that struck the village of Hroza in eastern Ukraine, killing 59 civilians attending a funeral reception. The report concludes that there are reasonable grounds to believe that the missile was launched by Russian armed forces. The UN confirms that all victims in the Hroza missile attack were civilians.
