A series of Russian attacks across Ukraine have resulted in civilian casualties and infrastructure damage. Additionally, on February 3, the city of Kryvyi Rih, under the leadership of head Oleksandr Vilkul, experienced power outages due to Russian drone strikes. On the same day, Russia shelled Sumy Oblast 76 times, targeting five communities along the border. The following day, a Russian artillery strike on Toretsk in Donetsk Oblast killed one civilian and injured two others, as reported by Governor Vadym Filashkin.
