In Donetsk Oblast, Russians attacked border areas, injuring 3 people, including a 16-year-old girl. In Nikopol, a 78-year-old woman was injured in heavy shelling. Ukrainian authorities have identified two individuals who helped target the missile strike on the cafe in Hroza. They are two local residents, 30-year-old Volodymyr Mamon and his younger brother, 23-year-old. The death toll from the Hroza strike has now risen to 55, including an 8-year-old girl. Ukrainian authorities have also uncovered the identity of the informers responsible for the missile strike, accusing two Ukrainian brothers from the region. In Kharkiv Oblast, two civilians were killed by unexploded ordnance. The Security Service of Ukraine has established the identity of those who helped target the missile strike in Hroza, which killed 53 civilians, including a child. Six more people were wounded. In addition to Hroza, there have been other incidents of Russian shelling in Kharkiv Oblast, injuring several people. The death toll from the Hroza strike has now risen to 55. In Sumy Oblast, Russia shelled 9 communities, injuring 1 person. The number of casualties from the shelling in Hroza has now risen to 56, with a 53-year-old woman who was injured during the attack dying in intensive care. The total number of people killed in the attack on Hroza has now reached 59, with all of the bodies identified. Ukrainian President Zelensky made a surprise visit to the NATO defense ministers' meeting in Brussels to discuss the situation.
