Investigations by the Dossier Center have revealed that Russian President Vladimir Putin owns two new superyachts, Victoria and Orion, which are estimated to cost $50.1 million and have been discovered in a shipyard in Istanbul. This brings the total number of known yachts owned by Putin to nine or possibly even twelve, despite his official annual salary being only $140,000.
