The Netherlands has announced that it will send F-16 fighter jets to Romania within the next two weeks to train Ukrainian pilots. The Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, stated that the F-16s will be used for further training and will be transferred to Ukraine once the training is completed. Additionally, the Netherlands will provide Patriot missile systems and patrol boats to strengthen Ukraine's defense during the winter. In a separate development, a group of Ukrainian soldiers has started training in Germany to operate Patriot missile systems.
