On January 23, 2024, Estonia announced its participation in the UK-led military training initiative, Operation Interflex, during the 18th Ramstein summit. Estonia, now the 12th member state in the operation, will contribute to the training of Ukrainian soldiers for frontline combat. To date, Operation Interflex has equipped over 34,000 Ukrainian soldiers with essential combat skills. The Estonian Defense Ministry confirmed its support for Ukraine with this commitment.
