Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya in south Russia, has reshuffled the regional government, appointing 9 out of 23 posts to family members, including his brother-in-law Isa Tumkhadzhiev as deputy PM. Kadyrov also met with President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin, offering to send more fighters to support Moscow in its more than two-year-old conflict in Ukraine. Additionally, Kadyrov made a controversial statement expressing his desire to capture Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and imprison him in Chechnya.
