A Colorado Springs-based music venue and hospitality company, Notes Live, plans to build a new $220 million, 20,000-capacity open-air music venue in McKinney, Texas. The venue will feature 295 fire-pit suites and will be located on a 46-acre site northeast of the U.S. Route 75 and State Highway 121 intersection. The project is a collaboration between the company and the city of McKinney in Collin County. The venue is expected to open in 2026.
