Milos Raonic withdrew from the Indian Wells tournament 30 minutes before his scheduled match due to a calf strain he suffered in the first round. His withdrawal allowed Holger Rune to advance into the third round via walkover. This event led to adjustments in the tournament schedule, including moving the Norrie-Sonego match to Stadium 2, the Humbert-Kypson match to Stadium 4, and Dimitrov's match to Stadium 4 as well. Additionally, matches at Stadium 5 were scheduled to start at 12.30pm. The changes reflect the impact of Raonic's withdrawal on the tournament's lineup.
Raonic withdraws from Indian Wells R2 due to injury. Another setback from Milos, who keeps trying but... it's tough. Holger Rune into the 3rd round without playing. Norrie-Sonego moved to Stadium 2 Humbert-Kypson moved to Stadium 4 Stadium 5 starts 12.30pm https://t.co/6Cnc8SKWHf
Literally not what happened. Don't know why people are terrible AND clueless. https://t.co/wLEEmuXWdu
It's really not that incredible. Has nothing to do with work ethic. He's past the point of "improving", it's more just a function of age, long period away and, mostly, size. Big unit with a lot of parts to break. T'was ever thus through his career, though. https://t.co/OeJd5p4xsh
Gotta say: It's incredible that Raonic can not play more than 1 match in a row. Known Milos since he was a kid and he works very hard. Amazing how his body just won't get out of the way for him to play and improve. Like Delpo to some degree. Rune into Round 3.
Milos Raonic withdrawing 30 minutes before a match is poor form. He knew he couldn’t keep up with @holgerrune2003 explosive pace. Extra day of rest though #IndianWells 🇺🇸🎾 https://t.co/Y5RjgliMHx

Not a shock but Raonic has pulled out of his match v Rune. The calf strain he suffered in the first round is the culprit. Norrie moves to the stadium, and Dimitrov to Stadium 4.
