Virtual reality fitness app developer, Andre Elijah, has filed a lawsuit against Meta Platforms after their deal fell through. Elijah claims that Meta killed his virtual reality yoga app just before its launch. The lawsuit alleges that Elijah worked hard on the app, only to be let down by Meta. In addition, the lawsuit states that Meta "blacklisted" Elijah after learning that his VR fitness app would also be launching on Vision Pro. This comes after another recent lawsuit where Trupanion sued an entrepreneur over trade secrets after acquiring his pet care app.
