Ripple CEO Open to Supreme Court Battle Over XRP; US House Limits SEC's Crypto Authority, Gensler Cautions

The head of Ripple expressed willingness to take the legal battle with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) over the XRP crypto token to the Supreme Court. The US House of Representatives approved an amendment to limit the SEC's enforcement authority in the crypto industry. SEC Chairman Gary Gensler cautioned that participation in crypto must comply with the law. Additionally, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed a record number of crypto enforcement actions this year.
