DailyPay, a New York-based fintech company, has announced plans for an initial public offering (IPO) by 2025. In addition to its IPO ambitions, the company is expanding its operations to Northern Ireland, where it is set to create 293 jobs in Belfast. The expansion involves an investment of £24 million, and many of the new roles will offer the flexibility of hybrid working.
