This move is seen as a strategic effort to compete with Flipkart and Reliance's Ajio, as well as Softbank-backed Meesho. Bazaar is being highlighted prominently within the Amazon India app to a select group of users. In parallel, Indian quick-commerce startup Zepto has reported reaching $1.2 billion in annualized sales, according to Goldman Sachs.
