Within his first 18 days, Pope secured commitments from seven players, including five transfers. Among the new additions is Kerr Kriisa, a senior guard from West Virginia and Arizona. Kriisa, who averaged 11.0 points and 4.7 assists this season and has started 93 games with a career 42% shooting from the three-point line, committed to Kentucky after being pursued by Pope multiple times previously. Additionally, Kentucky also added Koby Brea, another proficient three-point shooter.
