Some Tottenham Hotspur fans were ejected from the stadium after a goal. Manchester United is struggling to control the game against Manchester City, who are dominating and likely to score. City's third goal prompts many United fans to leave the stadium. The match is reminiscent of a previous game under David Moyes' management, where City's third goal sealed their victory. United has been unable to challenge City since their second goal.
City's third goal, ten minutes from time, prompts mass exodus of United fans. They've had enough. Home team outclassed by their neighbours again.
Game reminds me a bit of the one in David Moyes’ season at United when City were leading 2-0 and were in full control, but the third goal (Toure) put the stamp on it and nobody was left in any doubt about what had happened
City are in their groove at the moment. United not been able to lay a glove on them since the second goal in particular
City’s best move of the match there, I think
Sort of a weird non-event of a match in that feeling that City are so superior that if they just play out their gameplan they’ll have enough ball around the box they’ll eventually just take a chance or two (or get a penalty)
Strange game so far. Feels like United’s threat comes on the break, which was to be expected, but City aren’t in as much control as normal and it feels like if they score first (which is certainly possible) it could also come out of nothing/quick attack
Some Spurs fans in the home end were chucked out after that goal. One attempted to convince the stewards with a half-hearted "we love you Palace, we do" but it was in vain.
