The Bay Area has issued its first Ebony Alert for 16-year-old Mizan Dadres-Oman, an at-risk teen last seen on Wednesday at about 4:30 p.m. in the area of Foerster Street and Teresita Boulevard in San Francisco. The alert, a notification system aimed at helping to find missing persons of color, was activated following concerns for Dadres-Oman's safety due to her central auditory processing disorder. The California Highway Patrol and San Francisco Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating her and urge anyone who sees her to call 911.
