Kremlin Plans May 8-10 Ceasefire in Ukraine but Prepares Oreshnik Strike on Kyiv if Attacked

President Putin has instructed the Russian Defense Ministry to identify targets for this strike, which is expected to be justified as a response to provocations from Ukraine, particularly if Kyiv rejects the proposed ceasefire.
