WeWork, the coworking giant that filed for bankruptcy in November, is revealing plans to maintain several key locations. The company is keeping its Colorado locations, assuming its first Austin lease near the University of Texas (UT) campus, and maintaining five leases in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, which it has called a priority market. WeWork is also retaining most of its Chicago leases, only giving up one location as it nears the end of its bankruptcy process. Additionally, WeWork is moving to keep 89 more locations, bringing its rent savings to over $11 billion.
