A cave-like area, possibly a moonshine cave, was discovered under the grandstands of North Wilkesboro Speedway in North Carolina. Speedway Motorsports is using concrete to fill the 700-square-foot hole under two sections of the grandstands.

Speedway Motorsports is starting to use concrete to fill a 700-square-foot hole that developed underneath two sections (about 600 seats) of the North Wilkesboro Speedway grandstands. Track says plenty of big rocks and dirt underneath provide a solid ground foundation.
