Dreyer & Reinbold Racing, in partnership with Cusick Motorsports, has announced that Ryan Hunter-Reay will return to pilot the No. 23 Chevrolet and Conor Daly will take the wheel of the No. 24 Chevrolet in the 108th Running of the Indianapolis 500. This announcement confirms them as the 30th and 31st drivers for the event. Conor Daly shared his excitement, quoting, 'When Dennis first called me, he told me he believed I could win the Indy 500 and all he wanted going into 2024 was the best chance to win as a team.
