USPS Honors Late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg with New Forever Stamp

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has unveiled a new forever stamp honoring the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The stamp, which features an oil painting portrait of Ginsburg in her black judge's robe and signature white collar, became available for purchase on Monday. Ginsburg served on the Supreme Court for 27 years before her death at the age of 87. She was the second woman ever to serve on the bench and was known for her advocacy of gender equality and other liberal causes. The stamp's release comes three years and two weeks after Ginsburg's passing. The USPS held a ceremony at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, DC to unveil the stamp.
