John Kirby, spokesperson for the US Department of State, refused to classify people making violent antisemitic threats as domestic terrorists. When asked if it's possible for terrorists to cross the southern border into the US, Kirby said he couldn't answer that question. He also mentioned that the administration is always concerned about terrorists illegally crossing the border, with more individuals on the terror watchlist entering the country in FY2023 than the past six years combined. These statements were made in response to questions from Peter Doocy during a press briefing.
