Indian and US military personnel embraced the traditional practice of yoga for physical and mental well-being as part of the bilateral Tri-Services Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Exercise Tiger Triumph-24, held from March 18 to March 30, 2024. The exercise, described as a great experience by a crew member of the USS Somerset, involved the USS Halsey (DDG-97), an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer. The event took place in Visakhapatnam, where a Pre-Sail Conference was held to discuss the Sea Phase of the exercise.
