RealPage and 14 Big Landlords Sued in D.C. for Alleged Rent Fixing Scheme

Several major landlords, including UDR, AvalonBay Communities, and Equity Residential, have been sued in Washington D.C. for allegedly colluding on rent prices using software provided by RealPage.
