R.E.M., the iconic band, reunited for the first time since 2007, performing together at various events. They played 'Losing My Religion' acoustically, stunning audiences. The last full show was in 2006 at a Hall Of Fame induction in Georgia.
The full (?) R.E.M. interview with Anthony Mason is here. Great stuff. https://t.co/lL2txwTkCs
for my fellow Gen Xers, don’t miss REM reuniting to play “Losing My Religion” if you haven’t seen it yet ❤️🎵 https://t.co/NO4ZqTSyHf

A surprise performance by @remhq last night at their induction into the @SongwritersHOF - Just one song, an acoustic version of "Losing My Religion" - but it was the first time the 4 original members had played together publicly since 2007. More on @CBSMornings https://t.co/XubOAWTOtc

Seeing the live clips of REM in that interview reminded me that I sadly never got to see them perform a full show. In 2006 I got to see them (with Berry!) perform a three song set when they were inducted into a Hall Of Fame in Georgia, but that was it.
