Israeli Forces and Jets Target Red Cross Aid Convoy and Ambulance in Gaza City, Hospitals Running Low on Supplies

Israeli forces and jets targeted a humanitarian aid convoy of the International Red Cross, which included five trucks and two Red Cross vehicles, in Gaza City. Despite the attack, the convoy was able to deliver medical supplies to Shifa hospital. An ambulance was also shot at while trying to reach an injured person. An Egyptian truck carrying humanitarian aid was checked by the Israeli Defense Forces at the Nitzana crossing. A Doctors Without Borders lab technician was killed in an Israeli strike. Hospitals in Gaza are running low on basic medical supplies, and the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned of an increase in illnesses and the rapid spread of infectious diseases due to deteriorating conditions.
